1- Cuéntanos quien eres y cuáles son tus funciones en tus empresas.
Me llamo Sergi Rodríguez, tengo 26 años y soy de Barcelona. Mi perfil corresponde más bien a las tareas de un webmaster (programación, diseño, inclusión de técnicas de marketing online y posicionamiento orgánico). Viví internet desde sus inicios pero realmente comencé a emprender desde hace aproximadamente 3 años.
Actualmente dirijo y coordino 3 empresas, que poco tienen en común entre ellas.
Central de reservas Desig, S.L., comercialmente desigbarcelona.com, de la que poseo un 50% de las acciones, nos dedicamos a la intermediación de apartamentos turísticos en varios destinos (Barcelona, Madrid, Granada y Paris). La empresa la formamos 8 personas, mis funciones son las de apoyar y supervisar las áreas de desarrollo y marketing, además de generar proyectos y realizar tareas complejas.
Cyberworld Networks, S.L., más conocida por proyectos como cladoo.com o casinuevo.net, soy fundador único y como tal me toca hacer un poco de todo, en sus inicios programaba, me especialicé en técnicas SEO y diseñaba webs comocasinuevo.net, actualmente estoy más centrado en dirigir el proyecto Cladoo, donde cuento con un programador en plantilla y un diseñador, dedicados a tiempo completo al proyecto.
Oooferton Liveshopping, S.L, soy cofundador junto con Luis krug (redcoon.com, rebelio.es…). En esta empresa soy el CTO y única persona en este ámbito por lo que no tengo nadie a mi cargo que realicé tareas de programación y al final tengo que efectuar la mayoría de tareas, así como otros temas.
2- ¿Cual es tu principal proyecto? ¿de qué se trata? ¿Cuál es la misión de tu empresa?
Donde ando más implicado ahora es en Cladoo.com.
Cladoo es un portal de clasificados a nivel mundial y multidioma, además de un portal de clasificados horizontal-vertical, pues siendo generalista, permite tanto nivel de detalle en los resultados como cualquier vertical especializado del sector.
Mi misión en Cladoo, es intentar que mis ideas queden plasmadas finalmente en el proyecto 
Por suerte el portal está quedando tal cual imaginé, y ahora estamos en la fase de pulir detalles, mención especial al BrandPack que nos habéis hecho desde BrandeaStudio, que nos ayudó mucho a verlo desde otra perspectiva y desde la cual estamos mejorando muchos detalles de accesibilidad web, por ejemplo.
3- Háblanos de tus inicios. Danos algunos consejos/lecciones aprendidas durante el proceso de creación de tus diferentes proyectos de emprendeduria hasta hoy.
Mis inicios son humildes, como la mayoría de la gente con un trabajo remunerado ( si mileurista). Pronto me di cuenta que eso no me llevaría a ningún lugar, por lo que a la mínima oportunidad que tuve de meterme en el mundo empresarial, no lo dudé.
Me moví a una empresa mucho más pequeña Central de Reservas Desig, S.L. (desigbarcelona.com) pero con un margen de crecimiento mayor, en un año compré la mitad de las acciones, y me convertí en un empresario sin prácticamente pensarlo.
De la propia experiencia de poseer una empresa, aumentaron mis ganas de emprender, y en ratos libres, me dedicaba a desarrollar mi portal de anuncios gratis online casinuevo.net. Con el tiempo y dedicándole muchas horas, el portal consiguió dar unos beneficios considerables, por lo que me animé a fundar mi segunda empresa, Cyberworld Networks, S.L., en 2 años el portal casinuevo.net (españa) ya tiene 40.000 visitas al día y estamos implicados en cladoo.com que pretende llevar el sector de los clasificados a nivel mundial y multiplicar por 200 esta cifra.
Después conocí a Luis Krugg, que presentándole números de mi portal de anuncios, no dudó en proponerme su nueva idea, un portal de compras online en tiempo real (LiveShopping) y surgió Oferton Liveshopping, S.L., en 8 meses tenemos 8000 visitas al día y facturamos 100.000 euros al mes.
Me considero una persona creativa, siempre me ha gustado “crear cosas” por eso mismo llegué a emprender, pues es la mejor manera de poder pensar y proyectar nuevas ideas y hacerlas realidad.
4- ¿Cuál crees que es la aptitud más importante que todo emprendedor debe desarrollar?
Pienso que todos podemos triunfar en lo que emprendemos, lo único imprescindible lo resumiría en 3 aptitudes.
Ilusión, constancia y una fe infinita en lo que uno hace.
5- ¿qué actividades de tu día a día consideras más importantes y productivas?
– Automatiza: Intentar tener automatizados la mayoría de procesos del día a día en tu empresa, de manera que te quiten el menor tiempo posible.
– Socializa: con gente dentro del mundillo, es importante, mantén al tanto a tus contactos profesionales de lo que haces, pues puede que cerréis acuerdos de colaboración importantes, te ayuden en tareas concretas, te guíen… para ello escoge bien esta red de profesionales.
– Céntrate y delega: Está claro, no todos los emprendedores somos clones, todos tenemos puntos donde somos verdaderos expertos, céntrate en esas tareas donde destacas sobre el resto. Dedícate a las de gran escala e intenta delegar las más pequeñas, las que no domines o las más mecánicas a otras personas que sean capaces de realizarlas con éxito.
– Piensa: Cuando hablo de pensar no es dedicarle X tiempo, sino simplemente estar lo suficientemente relajado para que esas “ideas geniales” surjan, las plasmes y no se diluyan.
6- ¿Qué consejo/s darías a un nuevo emprendedor?
A la hora de empezar está claro que los recursos son ínfimos.
Vale, lo tenemos que hacer todos nosotros, lo primero y evidente es trabajar duro en base a la brillante idea inicial que tuvimos y en la que debemos creer ciegamente, el primer proyecto no ha de ser necesariamente el mejor de nuestra carrera emprendedora, aunque este no sea, “la gallina de los huevos de oro” nos proporcionará la experiencia suficiente para nuestra nueva emprenduria.
Realmente en mi corto camino puedo ver mis carencias, como son la falta de organización y la sobre-asignación de tareas, por lo que una de las cosas importantes si quieres que tus proyectos salgan antes es organizarlos bien y delegar correctamente las funciones.
Haz lo que le gusta, es la fórmula del éxito, da igual en lo que emprendas, si lo haces en algo que te motive, apasione y disfrutes, el trabajo no es una obligación, el trabajo es un medio que te realizará como persona y te ayudará a conseguir tus metas iniciales.
